You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, reverse engineer the platform, or use Vexa for illegal or fraudulent activities.
AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all outputs before relying on them.
Vexa supports integrations with services such as Slack, Google Workspace, Meta, Stripe, GoHighLevel, CRM platforms, and other supported tools. Third-party services remain subject to their own terms.
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed according to your selected plan.
All Vexa software, branding, logos, technology, and content are the property of Arlo Labs LLC or its licensors.
You retain ownership of your data while granting Vexa permission to process it solely to provide the Services.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may perform maintenance or updates at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arlo Labs LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Vexa.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arlo Labs LLC against claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or applicable law.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Vexa constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Arlo Labs LLC.
